THE PROJECT

This project is dedicated to giving education and health services as well as love and attention to indigenous children between 6 months and 4 years of age in the outskirts of La Paz in a neighbourhood called Mallasa. Due to the fact that most of the children come from poverty-stricken backgrounds, this project not only helps the children, but also their parents because it allows them (especially the mothers) find work through providing training on job searching. In addition to these classes, the nursery provides education on parenting skills and effective problem resolution.
